How to proceed with claim or withdraw from the contract
- Claim of defective goods
Important note: We ask you to consider whether the claimed defect is a genuine defect in the claimable product:
- mechanical damage to the goods due to inappropriate treatment by the customer or third party, it is not considered as a defect in the goods!
- We also ask customers to consistently distinguish the defect of goods from the stamps of natural use of the goods - common usage marks can not be considered as a defect in the goods!
If you are sure this is a defect, you can claim only items bought at VFTECH.sk eshop. A proof of purchase is an invoice that also serves as a delivery and warranty card.
Before taking over the delivery from the courier, check that the parcel is not damaged. In case of damage (bursting, deformation ...), we recommend not to take over the consignment. We do not accept the claims for mechanical damage of goods after taking over.
The legal warranty period for all goods is 24 months. The warranty period begins on the date of receipt of the goods by the buyer. You are required to file a claim immediately and without undue delay after the fault has been determined.

Please enclose a written statement (written on a computer or in block letters) about the specific product defect you claim.
Do not send the package cash on delivery (we do not take it over) nor as ordinary consingment, but it is necessary to send the package as registered one with the insurance policy. Otherwise we can not answer for loss during shipment!
The goods can be claimed and brought directly to the above-mentioned address to our store.
The complaint will be provided within 30 days.
For a removable defect, the claim is terminated by handing over the repaired goods (i.e., removing a removable defect). We will contact you in case of unsolvable defect regarding the method of settlement (exchange or refund).

- Goods return
Goods purchased at VFTECH.com eshop can be returned within 14 business days after its receipt, in accordance with the law, without giving any reason. Later, the goods can not be returned.
It is not possible to return goods made specifically to the customer (special technical specification, special customization of the standard product) !
Returned goods must be:
- Not used !!
- Undamaged, unpainted
- Packaged in original packaging
- Complete (including leaflets and staples)
Returned goods must be delivered within 14 days of their receipt back to:

A duly completed and signed withdrawal form must be attached to the returned goods.
Do not send the package cash on delivery nor as ordinary consignment. It is necessary to send the package as registrered one with insurance, otherwise we can not answer for damage during shipment. After submitting, please send us the tracking number or another appropriate confirmation.
Money will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of returned goods.
