How to shop

1. Choose the goods as follows:

  • Select the goods you like on the website. You can search for goods by category and possibly narrow / speed up your search with a filter, e.g. by entering a part of the name in the filter. Each product is described in detail.  The price will be sent to you by mail. (These are mostly manufactured goods to order - on the basis of the agreed bid)

2. Select quantity, or other parameters, and then press the button„Add to Cart“ as follow: 

  • The goods detail contains the characteristics of the goods, price information, quantity, state of the warehouse and possibly other necessary characteristics. Please carefully analyze the information, then choose and select the desired quantity,  or other necessary parameters depending on the particular product
  • minimum purchase amount is redefined and in the window below the price already prescribed, please keep it - it is not possible to buy less than the minimum quantity. If there is not enough stock in stock (you need to look over the price), in case of serious interest, contact us at odbyt@vftech.sk, we will send you a quote with delivery date. If you have chosen, Now click the red icon below the price „Add to Cart“. You place the goods in the basket, where you can delete it at any time. As a confirmation, you will see a yellow notification at the top of the screen, that you put the goods in the basket and next to the basket picture (red bag top right) a small number appears.
  • Your chosen items have been placed in the basket. Now you have two options– click on the Basket icon (picture of a bag) on the top bar to the right of the magnifying glass and finish the order, or continue shopping on the site.
  • If you have chosen the second option, you can shop further. Your chosen goods are in the basket, where you can add more and more goods. If you've already bought everything you need, click on the Basket icon(picture of a bag) on the top bar to the right of the magnifying glass.

3. Check Basket

  • If you do not want to go shopping anymore,  or you have put everything in your cart, click on the Basket icon (picture of a bag) on the top bar to the right of the magnifying glass. You are now in your Virtual Shopping Cart. The cart is clearly displayed all the goods, you have entered the basket. Each item is on a separate line. Here you can change the quantity of goods. You can also remove each individual item from the basket.
  • If you still want to continue shopping and add something to your cart, click on the icon to the top of the "E-shop". Original items in Basket will remain. Then return to the Basket again.
  • But if you do not want to buy and want to continue with your order, click the icon „Continue the order“

4. Selection of delivery of goods and method of payment

  • Click on one of the offered options to choose the delivery method (transport couriers, personal takeover). 
  • You pay the order in advance on our account - always under mutual agreement.  Please choose the form of payment for your order - click on "prepay to your account".

5. Fill in the billing and other information needed to fit your order

  • After clicking on shipping and payment methods, you can will display the final recapitulation of your order even with shipping costs, depending on the mode of transport and payment you have chosen. Now you can register (is not mandatory) or you can easily continue the order without registering.
  • fill in the correct billing information and if you want your goods delivered to a non-billing address, fill in the address for delivery of the goods . You must fill in at least the asterisked data. If you are already a registered customer, your billing information will be automatically prescribed and you can change them if necessary. At this step, you can also:
    • write any order note
    • enter the number of your loyalty card
    • enter the coupon / share code
    • if you shop for a business, is necessary, to complete the Company's Invoice data (its name, address, company ID, DIČ / IčDph, info - whether you are a VAT payer - to an order note). If these data are absent, you can not expose the invoice to the business and will be exposed to your name as a private person without notice.

Invoice and billing data are NOT REFERENCED !!!

6. Check and submit your order

  • Please carefully check your cart content, all parameters, delivery method, payment method, and shipping details.

If everything is OK, click Finish to finalize and submit your order:

  • empty square "I am familiar with the general terms and conditionsi" and "I am familiar with the protection of personal data" (Check these boxes to indicate that you have both properly familiarized them).
  • then the icon „Send an order with a payment obligation“. Press this button to order the goods and you are legally obliged to pay it. Pressing this button creates a binding legal relationship between you - the consumer and us as a seller - both parties have to comply with legal obligations from that moment on.
  • Please note -  it is not possible to return goods secured - made to order.

7. Cancellation of the order - only within 24 hours!

  • If you've already confirmed your order and want to cancel it, you can do it within 24 hours at the latest 

8. Processing the order

  • By pressing the "Submit a payment order" button, you have made your order binding and have submitted our order to our system - the receipt of your order by our system will return you by e-mail and recapitulation of the order.
  • We then process your order and verify the availability of the goods in stock. If the ordered goods are not available in the required quantity (in exceptional circumstances), you will be informed about other options, arrangements, and procedures during the same or next working day.
  • If all ordered goods are in stock, the order is further invoiced, sent to packing and shipping:
    • If you choose a personal subscription, the deadline will be agreed upon by e-mail or by phone.
  • You will always be informed by email about the status of processing / sending / booking your order.

9. Shipping and delivery of the order

  • After the delivery of the shipment to the courier, the goods will be delivered to you within the deadline according to the previous information (e-mail), usually 1-5 business days. Directly to your shipping address.
